Orange-Carrot-Ginger Juice

A bright and refreshing juice made with oranges, carrots, and a kick of ginger. It’s packed with vitamin C and other antioxidants, making it a great way to start your day.

Ingredients

• 3 large carrots
• 2 oranges
• 1 inch piece of ginger

Steps

• Run all ingredients through a juicer. Stir well and enjoy.

Note: If you don’t have a juicer, you can also blend the ingredients in a blender and strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
