Sweet Pumpkin Salad with Quinoa

Pumpkin that has a natural sweet taste Along with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, plus a few calories. Quinoa is rich in fiber more than cereal.

Ingredients

• 200 grams quinoa
• 3 cups pumpkin
• 1 cup spinach or salad vegetables

Garnish
• Salt
• black pepper
• Olive oil

Steps

1. Boil the quinoa under the method attached to the package. Quinoa cooked quite easily. Which takes about 10 minutes only
