The BEST Baked Salmon

Ingredients

• 4 servings of salmon ( approx 200g each)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 sprig fresh thyme
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan
• 2 cloves garlic diced
• Salt and pepper
• ½ cup ‘panko’ bread crumbs

Steps

1) Preheat your oven to 210* C, then melt butter and dice garlic.
2) Add all ingredients apart from salmon in a bowl and mix well.
3) Lightly oil your baking tray and place salmon on it, once on the tray cover all your salmon in your mixture.
4) Once oven has come to temp place your salmon in the oven and cook for 15-20 mins depending on size of fillet.
5) Once cooked through serve with some roasted veggies or rice!!
