Broccoli Cream Soup (Servies 2-3)

Broccoli is full of vitamins and minerals and not surprisingly, broccoli is served a lot either in soup or sautéed with garlic. This broccoli cream soup recipe will boost your spirits and energy, so let’s give it a try!!

Ingredients

• 250 grams of broccoli – cut per bud and then boiled until soft
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1 clove of chopped garlic
• 2 tablespoons of cream
• 250 ml of liquid broth
• 250 ml of fresh milk
• 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
• ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
• ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon of powder broth
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• 1 sheet of bay leaf
• Feel free to add: Stir-fried smoked meat Cheddar grated cheese Toast

Steps

1. Heat butter, onions, and also garlic until fragrant and then remove from heat.
2. Add broccoli, sauté onions and milk to the blender then puree.
3. Pour the broccoli juice into a pan along with the other ingredients. Cook on a low heat until it boils then remove.
