Mushroom Sausage Pasta
Ingredients
• White rice – 800 grams
• Eggs – 3 items
• Salt – 1/2 tbsp
• Mushroom broth – 1/2 tsp
• Oil, for sautéing – 2 tbsp
• Celery, thinly sliced – to taste
• Fried onions – to taste
• Ground spices:
• Garlic – 4 pieces
• Shallots – 2 pieces
• Red chili – 40 grams
Steps
1) Salt and bring pasta water to a boil, while water is coming to boil in a separate pan start to brown your sausage meat on high heat. Throw your pasta into the boiling water and cook until al dente
2) Set sausage aside once browned and drain your pasta once al dente.
3) Add your crushed garlic, butter and mushrooms to your pan that sausage was browned in and saute mushrooms.
4) After around 5 mins of cooking the mushrooms add your cream and stock to the pan along with around 100 Ml of the pasta water.
5) Bring this to a boil then simmer for 5 mins, you can add your pasta at this point too.
6) Finally after 5 mins plate up and throw your fresh basic on!
