Nasi Goreng – Egg Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
• White rice – 800 grams
• Eggs – 3 items
• Salt – 1/2 tbsp
• Mushroom broth – 1/2 tsp
• Oil, for sautéing – 2 tbsp
• Celery, thinly sliced – to taste
• Fried onions – to taste
• Ground spices:
• Garlic – 4 pieces
• Shallots – 2 pieces
• Red chili – 40 grams
Steps
1. Fry the eggs one by one then lift and set aside.
2. Heat the oil then add and fry fine spices until fragrant.
3. Add rice, salt and broth. Stir until evenly mixed and let cook.
4. Add celery and fried onions. Stir well.
5. Ready to be served.
Tip:
Fried rice can be added with complementary ingredients or protein according to your preference, such as chicken, meatballs, or anchovies. Add any of these ingredients together with fine spices.
