Time Required: 25 minutes
Servings 6

Ingredients

● Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
● Ground beef – 400 g
● Salt and black pepper, spices – to taste
● Romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce – 1 head
● Nachos – 140 g
● Mozzarella cheese – 100 g
● Cheddar cheese – 100 g
● Tomato – 2-3 pieces
● Red onion – 1/4 cup
● 10 black olives (chopped)
● Tortilla (tortilla) – 6 pcs (optional)

Steps

1. Pour olive or sunflower oil into a preheated pan, and set the fire to medium. Add ground beef to the pan.
2. Break up the beef into small pieces. Let them fry for about 3 minutes, then turn over and continue frying until cooked through.
3. When the beef is ready, drain all the fat.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste, and heat for about 1 minute more.
5. Rinse the lettuce leaves well, then tear them into fairly large pieces. Romaine or iceberg will do – they are crispy and hold their shape well.
6. Heat the tortilla in a dry frying pan. Place a warm cake on an inverted empty (any) jar. Form the edges (when the cake cools, they will remain in the same position). When the cake has cooled, remove. So, the “plate” of the cake is ready.
7. Put lettuce leaves, beef, grated cheese (you can use cheddar or mozzarella), chopped tomatoes, and red onion in the “bowl”. You can add nachos if you like.

Serving Ideas Taco salad is a classic Mexican dish served in corn chips, tortillas or baskets, but not always. Mexican corn chips can simply be included in a salad. Classic taco salad dressings are sour cream and salsa.
Some variations You can add or remove some ingredients from the recipe if you don’t like any product. For this salad, we take ground beef.
